Myofasical Osteopathic & Manual Technique (MOM) Level 1
Day 1
Manual lymphatic drainaige, myofascial release and craniosacral differentiation and technique. Application of osteopathy to function and posture will be explored as well.
Day 2
Theory, outcome and subtle energies of treatment and application to mobility.
The use of therapeutic yoga, Feldenkrais and Alexander technique as well as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation as they apply to dynamic movement rehabilitation.
Day 3
Focus on Pelvic evaluation, rotation and Cranial Mobilization will be explored.
Course has been pre-approved for 2.4 CEUs for PT's and PTA's in PA, MD and DE.
